Booking and Delivery
You can book your bounce house rental directly through our website or by giving us a call. Simply choose your inflatable, select your event date, and complete the reservation process.
Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
Delivery is free within our service area! This includes Caledonia, Ada, Cascade, Forest Hills, East Grand Rapids, Kentwood, Lowell, Middleville, Byron Center, Grand Rapids, and more!
Our team will handle the complete setup and takedown of the inflatable to ensure it’s secure and safe for use. We’ll also go over safety rules before your event starts.
We serve Caledonia, Ada, Cascade, Forest Hills, East Grand Rapids, Kentwood, Lowell, Middleville, Byron Center, Grand Rapids, Wyoming, Grandville, Jenison, Freeport, Saranac, Dutton, Cutlerville and more! Delivery fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area—contact us for details!
Our standard rental period is 6 hours, but we also offer full-day and overnight rentals for an additional fee. Let us know your event details, and we’ll work with you to find the best option!
Absolutely! We are a fully licensed LLC with insurance for all your events! We are happy to provide an insurance certificate upon request.
No, to ensure safety of everyone on our inflatables, our staff will deliver and setup all inflatables to ensure all safety guidelines have been satisfied.
Surfaces, Use, and Preparations
Each inflatable varies in size, but we generally recommend at least a 15’x15’ area with a few extra feet of clearance on all sides. Be sure to check the specific dimensions on our website for your chosen unit.
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.
While the inflatables can be set up on any different surfaces, grass is preferred for safety. Unfortunately, we cannot set up on gravel or uneven surfaces.

Yes – if that inflatable is rated for water! We have a selection of inflatables designed for water, and can be used either wet or dry. However, under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. You will need to provide a garden hose long enough to reach the location you desire for the inflatable. There is a fee if you choose to use water on the inflatable.
Absolutely! We thoroughly clean and sanitize each inflatable before and after every rental to ensure a safe and hygienic experience for all guests.
Yes. Each bounce house has a maximum weight limit and age recommendations for safety. Generally, inflatables are designed for kids ages 3-12, but we also offer options suitable for older kids and adults.
Yes, adult supervision is required at all times to ensure kids follow safety rules and avoid rough play. If needed, we can provide an attendant for an additional fee. Please remember, you are responsible for whatever equipment we drop off.
Yes! However, most parks require a permit, proof of insurance and an attendant for each inflatable. You may also need a generator, as parks often lack power outlets. We can provide the proof of insurance upon request and have a generator for rent if desired.
Payment, Deposit, Weather Issues, and Cancellations

For safety reasons, bounce houses cannot be used in strong winds (over 15 mph), or storms. If the forecast looks bad, we offer flexible rescheduling or a weather-related refund policy.
Yes, all orders require a deposit. A nonrefundable $50 deposit by credit card is required. The remainder of the balance must be paid at least 72 hours prior to the start of the event. If paying the remainder in cash, cash payments receive a 10% total discount. Cash must be exact at time of delivery as our staff do not carry change.
Firehouse Bouncers reserves the right to cancel a booking due to rain, high winds (over 15mph), or unsafe conditions. If Firehouse Bouncers cancels for any reason, the customer will receive a 100% refund or the choice to reschedule.
If the weather forecast is questionable (i.e. it’s cloudy and rain is a possibility) for the time of your event, we can still set up if you choose, however no refunds, discounts or rain checks will be given if the weather turns.
Cash:
- If you pay in cash and you cancel for any reason (other than weather) at least 72 hours in advance, you only forfeit the $50 nonrefundable deposit. You may also choose to reschedule if you would like.
- Cancellation less than 72 hours from the time of the event will result in a 25% cancellation fee charged to the card on file.
Credit Card:
- If you cancel for any reason (other than weather) at least 72 hours in advance, the customer will receive a one-time reschedule to be used within the calendar year
- Cancellation less than 72 hours from the time of the event will result in 25% cancellation fee.
